Event 4 : Lake Russell

Presented by Travis Does Kayak Fishing : Join us on May 3rd at Lake Russell, where spring bass fishing brings exciting opportunities to catch big fish near shallow cover and submerged timber. Focus on areas with transitioning water temperatures, targeting bass with jerkbaits, spinnerbaits, and jigs along creek channels and rocky points. With warming conditions, expect bass to be more active and aggressive. Early morning and late afternoon will be key times for success. This event will offer fierce competition and plenty of action—come and showcase your angling expertise on Lake Russell!

SCYAK Suggested: If an access point is not on the list but is public access, you may fish it but it is your responsibility to make sure it is a open to the public and not a private access point. Private Access Points are not allowed.
